Ever feel like you just don't have time to exercise? You are definitely not alone on that! 

So many people want to exercise but find it hard to make the time for it. And have an EVEN harder time sticking to a routine!

I've been learning all about how to help people create habits that ACTUALLY stick lately (which is super cool to me!) and one thing that helps with that is:

Starting with a small, very achievable goal like 5 minutes of exercise 5 times a week....seems doable right? It TOTALLY is!
