PODCAST EPISODE: How Yoga strengthens you from the inside out!

Is there ANYTHING that Yoga can't help you with? Hmmmmmm....I'll have to get back to you on that!
 
It certainly does help you feel more calm, present, and tapped into you so you can be more creative!
 
Here's why: when you are stressed your brain is focused on handling the situation at hand....not crafting a masterpiece or scripting the next block buster.
 
But when you are relaxed and at ease your brain feels safe and turns on imagination and creativity. Cool right?

BUH BYE brain fog!!
