I’m a stress and resilience coach, award winning speaker, and trainer with over 20 years of experience blending movement science, nervous system education, and performance psychology.

I’m also a yoga instructor and personal trainer, but not in the way you might expect.


I specialize in helping people reclaim their capacity—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so they can lead, serve, and show up fully…without burning out.
