The Most Powerful Way To Stay In Aligned Energy All Day

In the fast-paced world of entrepreneurship, it's easy to get caught up in all the details and hustle.

Powering through like you're the captain of the stress express, flying through your day without a moment to breathe.

Before you start beating yourself up about doing this, STOP! It's super common and most of us do it.

That is if we believe the lie of your mind that "You simply don't have time for a break. There's too much to do". Here's the truth: you don't have time NOT to take a break.

Here's why: the brain actually does best when you take breaks. Intentional intervals that actually lower your stress levels, energize your body, and bring you back into the present moment.

Enter the Power Pause!

These mindful moments are the most effective way for you to stay in aligned energy and show up as your Purposeful Powerhouse CEO self: confident, grounded, and in your power.

Power pauses are about pressing pause on the chaos, dropping into the present moment, and cultivating connected awareness. This simple yet transformative practice is foundational in my Mindful Strength Method, and is hugely beneficial to me and my clients.

How to Take a Power Pause:

Whether it's a short break before reaching for that next cup of coffee, a midday energy boost, or a stress-relief session after a challenging moment, Power Pauses allow you to shift your state of being.

Choose from activities like breathwork, movement, meditation, or even a brisk walk to recharge your energy and maintain alignment with your vision.

The Three Key Questions To Ask Yourself:

During a power pause, ask yourself three crucial questions:

Where is your breath? This is key to bringing you into your body and the moment.

What do you need to come into balance right now? Do you need a pick me up or to wind down? You decide which way to go through the movements you do.

Who are you being? Decide how you want to show up into the rest of your day (grounded, clear etc) and make that your Power Statement for example: I am grounded. Repeat this mentally to yourself throughout the Power Pause.

By consciously using your breath as a guide, assessing your needs, and declaring a power statement, you create a roadmap for intentional living.

These questions empower you to take control of your thoughts, emotions, and actions.
