Ready for a Purposeful Powerhouse morning routine that leaves you feeling AH-mazing.....without it taking all day?
Because I know you've got incredibly important things to do π
So many goal driven, high achieving women that I work with are so focused on serving their community that they end up with no time or energy left to take care of themselves...sound familiar?
The truth is: Even just a few minutes of time each morning can have a massive impact on how you feel, how much energy you have, how much you get done, and ultimately how successful you are!
Unfortunately it can be daunting to decide what activity to do first since there are so many things you probably love to do like journaling, meditation, visualization, Yoga, breath work, exercise, grounding and so many others right?
If you're like most other busy women the overwhelm or indecision might stop you from doing anything at all which may mean you get up, go right to work each day, spend long hours on your computer or phone, which drains your energy..not to mention being super painful and hard on your body!
So I decided to get creative and design a way that would help you give yourself some well deserved time and attention that also simultaneously helps you move towards accomplishing your soul's mission and purpose!! Doesn't that sound awesome??
This tool (that you are about to dive into ππ¦) has helped me empower my clients and community with incredible tools to help them create balance in their lives as well as keep their body strong, flexible, and fit!
And I can barely wait to share it with you now!
So let's dive in...
Step one EXPAND THE VISION: Close your eyes and think the top 3 goals you're working on right now. Connect to the future version of you who has already achieved them. Ask yourself: who are they being everyday to get there? What do they believe about themself?
I hustled hard in my business for far too long. I tried every funnel and shiny new strategy but still no where close to where I wanted to be.
Hoping that one day I would find the missing ingredient to my success....
And yet, it seemed like the more I tried and the harder I worked that the less and less things were happening the way I actually wanted them to.
But then I realized that in pushing myself so hard and putting everything else ahead of myself, my health, and how I showed up each day that I was doing things backwards.
Ultimately this lead to me creating this easy 3 step method that I am sharing with you today to elevate how you feel and how you show up....in just a few minutes a day.

ACTION STEP #1: Write down how you'll feel once you've achieved all of your incredible goals. How do you carry yourself? How do you stand? What is your energy like? This info is key as it will give you more fuel for your π₯π₯π₯ and inspire you even more!
BONUS TIP: Notice any internal mind chatter as you do the exercise, this is your inner critic or ego trying to keep you "safe" ie: exactly where you are and not making progress. And say: thanks, but no thanks...
Step two EXPERIENCE IT NOW : Consider all the info you just got about your next level YOU. How can you embody that energy NOW? Activate your core to stand tall with that same confidence and poise.
Even though I knew how I showed up each day was important, I rarely took the time to intentionally align with my future self and try to embody her. To be honest I usually only did it right before going on camera or doing a pitch (which is helpful....but not super effective!).
But I really wanted to make headway in my business so I dabbled with trying to BE the next level version of me, so I could DO the things necessary to HAVE the results I wanted......but honestly it kinda felt fake to me or like a costume I was trying to put on.
And sure you can try to fake it til you make it, but it's WAY better is to practice it until you truly become itπ
Thankfully I realized that by intentionally using my morning routine to envision, embody, and express my next level self I could actually do that!
So not only did I learn how to kickstart my day but I also found that each day flowed with clarity and creativity way more easily and I actually ended up getting everything done and had time and energy to spare!

ACTION STEP #2: Think about when you felt your absolute BEST. What were you doing then (Yoga, Mediation, Running etc)? Can you work that into your day here and do that activity to intentionally embody this energy?

Step three EXHALE IT INTO YOUR LIFE: From this place of embodiment decide on 3 action steps you'll take today!
I've always loved my morning routine, but I never realized how powerful it actually could be.
I used it to keep myself strong and healthy, but deep down I knew it could be so much more! Which lead me to exploring how to really get the most out of it by truly helping me BE the person that my business and clients need me to be.
However, I had no idea how it could do that without it taking hours to do the meditation, visualization, practice Yoga, workout, do my gratitude journaling, etc etc
But when I realized that Yoga is way less about what you're doing on the mat and far more about what is truly happening deep below the surface on the level of your being I knew that I could use it to help you:
align with your big vision, embody the next level version of you that has already achieved all of that amazingness and take inspired action towards it everyday!
And when I started doing this practice consistently myself I had my biggest launch yet, attracted dream clients, and manifested the incredible opportunity to teach Yoga for a massive tech company.
And I CANNOT wait to see what it opens up for you!!

Making time for yourself first thing in the day not only makes it WAY more likely that you'll actually do it π, but it also helps you to create more time since you'll be centered, clearheaded, and ready to handle any challenge that comes your way.
I GET IT!! I can see how you might think that taking time for yourself is a waste of time when you could be doing something that actually moves the needle in your business.
But what happens is that you end up working such long hours, burning the candle at both ends that it actually burns you in the end by leaving you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and overworked. ππ’π₯Ί
Which is why having a morning practice is incredibly powerful in making sure that not only are you taken care of too, but that you are showing up each day feeling energized and inspired!
