I was what I now call the "Worn Out Woman": running on fumes, caffeine, and sheer willpower.

But then, everything changed.

I discovered Power Pauses—small but mighty moments that broke the cycle of burnout. These simple, powerful shifts transformed my life, helping me redefine success in a way that honors both ambition and well-being.

With 20 years in the wellness industry as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and mind-body expert, I’ve worked with thousands of people who feel stuck in survival mode.

Through my best-selling book, international speaking engagements, and my podcast, Movement, Mind & Meaning: Mind/Body Tools to Thrive Beyond Anxiety & Depression, I’ve shared the strategies that helped me—and countless others—reclaim energy, clarity, and joy.

I created the Power Pause Movement to help women step out of stress and into true success—where feeling good isn’t optional, it’s essential.
