Event Logistics & Technical Requirements

To help everything run smoothly and support the active, upbeat nature of my sessions, here are a few details that make a big difference in creating the best possible experience for your attendees:

 

Microphone

Because my presentations involve movement (and, let’s be honest, so do I), a lav/lapel microphone is preferred. This allows your audience to hear me clearly no matter where I am on stage or in the audience.

 

Tech & Equipment

  • I will bring my own MacBook and will test everything ahead of time with the AV Team.

  • Please provide an A/V setup that accommodates HDMI or USB-C connection.

  • A countdown clock or timer is appreciated, as honoring your schedule is extremely important to me.

 

Footage & Media

If your event has a photographer or videographer, I’d gratefully accept access to any footage captured during my session. It helps me promote your event, showcase your amazing work, and continue supporting our partnership.

 

Promotion & Social Media

I’m genuinely excited to help amplify your event! I’ll happily share it on social media and will gladly use any approved collateral or graphics you provide.
